About Us

LyfHeal books diagnostic tests and arranges home sample collection. A partner laboratory processes the sample. LyfHeal does not operate the laboratory that runs the test.

The company was founded in 2023 and is based in Kota, Rajasthan. Select your city on the site. The tests and packages shown for that city are the ones you can book. The price, and any home collection charge, are shown before you pay.

How a booking works

1. Choose a test or package listed for your city.
2. Add the collection address, date, and patient who will be tested.
3. A collector visits that address. Ask them to show identification. Check that the sample label matches the patient named on the booking.
4. The partner laboratory processes the sample, not a LyfHeal-owned lab.
5. The digital report is shared after that laboratory releases it. The report names the laboratory. Doctors are named only when that laboratory records them.

Our promise

Before you pay, you can see the test, the patient, the collection slot, the address, and the collection charge. Home collection is free when the configured fee is ₹0. If a fee is set, that amount is shown on the cart and at payment.

LyfHeal does not publish one NABL or ISO number for every test. A certificate number, scope, and validity are printed on a report only when they are stored for that laboratory. This page does not list a medical team or a staff headcount.
