How LyfHeal works with laboratories
LyfHeal books the test and arranges home sample collection. The sample is processed at a partner laboratory, not at a LyfHeal-owned lab. The digital report is shared after that laboratory releases it.
LyfHeal does not publish one NABL or ISO number for every test. The partner laboratory is named on the report. A certificate number, scope, and validity are printed only when they are stored for that laboratory.
Who handles your sample
Check identity, labelling, and the names printed on the report.
Collector identification
Ask the person collecting the sample to show identification before the visit starts. LyfHeal does not publish a staff headcount.
Sample labelling
The sample should be labelled for the patient named on the booking. Check the name before the collector leaves.
Who signs the report
When a report is ready, it names the partner laboratory and the doctors recorded for that report. There is no separate list of 20 doctors on this site.
